Below are some samples from a comparison between a vinatge Neve 1073 and the DON classics NV73.
It was recorded straight into a (Protools) Digi 192 at 96kHz 24bit .
It was recorded at the great Livingston studios in North London using a Neumann TLM170 (low output impedance mic -50ohms allowing a passive split without impedance issues or need for extra circuitry/transformers etc.

In the next test, we added either another original vintage 1073 or a NV73....
(sample A in test 2 is not necessarily A in test 1 etc..)
